Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Some items (e.g., personal care, electronics) may have a shorter return window or be non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact our support team for assistance.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return"
3. Follow the instructions to complete your return request
4. Pack the item securely and await pickup or drop-off instructions
